A large retail company, like Markham, is able to leverage social networking technologies to build viable brand loyalty relationships with its customers.


1. INTRODUCTION
I decided to base my Research Thesis on the concept of Social Media Technologies, and the positive impact they can have on Brand Awareness and Building Customer Loyalty.
I will be using different Research Methodology to further my investigation on, ‘ How Markham is able to leverage social networking technologies to build viable brand loyalty relationships with its Customers’.
These results will then be used to increase Markham consumer’s perception, by using credible social networks, such as Facebook and Twitter.
